on november 13th we brought little mia moo home.......the 'moo' part came because her markings reminded us of the black and white cows on a farm not to far from our home..........she was born on my parents wedding anniversary.....9/11 and we adopted her on the anniversary of my dads passing on 11/13......we did not intend on going puppy adopting, we had just given gerty a new home.....what a relief.......we were heading out to the super wally world, on the way we stopped in at qt for some gas and bill and the kids went in to pay, i sat by myself in the truck and said out loud to my dad that i missed him. next thing i know we are pulling into, i am ashamed to say it was not a pound or shelter, but a pet shop on the right instead of wally world on the left....needless to say we never made it that night to wally world.....was my hubby influenced from above to make that turn???? all i know is that she is quite a true gift.
