Nest Feathers and Twine - Formally Artist's Block Studio

The things that make a house a home and the stuff that holds is all together.

Years ago I started this blog with a mindset and goals that I have found have changed direction over time. I am excited to say that this blog has a new name.....Nest Feathers and Twine. I hope you come by and visit often. Feel free to get comfortable and kick off your shoes and join me on this journey of metamorphosis.

the charms are attached and ready to go!

i only needed to have 1 charm to start out with.....but i could not decide between the two, so i just put them both on! and i changed my mind on the color scheme at the last second from pinks and greens to whites and metals because i would like to wear this bracelet no matter what else i am wearing, and pink and green would restict me from doing that.........

i am so excited, i hope everything goes ok for everyone who has decided to participate in this adventure and i so hope everyone loves their finished bracelets when it is all done..........after this one is going i would like to do a charmed necklace round robin if the group is up for it!

it felt so good to make a piece of jewelry again, too! i have not played with my beads for too long now!

Christine, the charms are wonderful! Where did you find glass that size or did you cut it yourself? I just learned to solder and I am so excited about doing more.....Linda

i cut microscope slides in half! it is tricky to get them even, but once you figure it out it is easy!
