Nest Feathers and Twine - Formally Artist's Block Studio

The things that make a house a home and the stuff that holds is all together.

Years ago I started this blog with a mindset and goals that I have found have changed direction over time. I am excited to say that this blog has a new name.....Nest Feathers and Twine. I hope you come by and visit often. Feel free to get comfortable and kick off your shoes and join me on this journey of metamorphosis.

i have not worn the color red in at least 30 years.....don't know why, just wasn't my color...i have always loved red and black plaid and a few weeks ago found a pair of shoes that were just that and figured it was time to try something new! of course i had to have jewelry to match!
i am in the process of contructing a near twin of the bottom necklace that will be up for sale soon!

bill and friends spent the holiday weekend, which was also his birthday at the drag races in indy!

they have done this for over 20 years..... and wow have times changed...they use to go party all night after watching the races all day. now they all are in bed by midnight sleeping and the campfire hot topic discussion this year was comparing medications they are all now on and what is falling apart on their bodies!
