Valentine ATC for swaps

this atc resulted from inspiration from the heart i completed earlier....

can't get a clear picture on this one......i have taken so many photos of this one i am going to see spots well into my next life.........

well, and you can't the the photo of the couple copies on transparency inside....hmmmm well, the dried hydrangeas from my garden look nice....

i did these 2 altered bottles last year. i am still finding things all over the house that i have not yet put on my blog or picture trail. i so love having this digital camera!

still not sure about the ribbon coming through the heart.....i keep giving myself the giggles thinking it looks like the heart has ponytails......i will let it hang around the house for a day or two to see if the ribbon needs a 'hair cut'.....

working toward the february challenge for my yahoo group......working outside your comfort zone. for me that would be grunge. is this grungy enought to be considered grunge? i don't know. working with red is also a challenge for me. the january challenge for my yahoo group was working with colors you don't like or normally work with. i have never been a huge fan of red....don't know why, can not come up with a good reason. i have always opted for pinks when celebrating valentines, making the excuse that there was no place for the color red in the color scheme of my home.....i am now finding red is fitting in just fine.

it is 2 am, my brain function is on the 'barely there' setting right now......after looking at this photo i can see i need to do some adjusting and fluffing.......tomorrow........i am off to bed!

this swag was inspired by becky and denise. i bought a 'wish' christmas swag from them at the saturday monday sale. i loved that swag so much, and this hall tree looked naked without one there so i just had to make one...........hmmmmm now should i make one for spring....summer........we will have to see what time brings.
